Clear Your Mind...

Learn Meditation to heal your mind and body

Through Meditation you can release stress and allow the body to heal. If you quite your mind you will gravitate back to that peaceful place within. Mindfulness is a word that describes that powerful state of being. But we need to remember that a word is just a label that attempts to describe something. Words exist because of the meaning; once you have the meaning you can forget the words.

Mindfulness is a subtle process allowing you to transcend the mind and find the peace within. We are, in fact, mindful at every moment and can feel that blissful peace for a fraction of a second before the thoughts rush in and conceptualise what the five physical senses perceive. That split second just before the left-brain kicks in and objectifies the “thing”, is the space that contains the peace, joy and happiness everyone is looking for.

Once you have practiced Mindfulness or non-conceptual awareness for a while, you will find that your whole perception of the Universe changes.

The form of meditation that is incorporated in the MindFrame Technique to deepen you state of awareness is known as Vipassana

Although Vipassana involves your becoming aware of your breath and sensations that might arise in the body it's main objective is to transcend all thoughts and bodily sensations. The purpose is to bring full awareness of the mind, body and all sensations and be fully present. This practice will develop a deep understanding of the impermanence of all phenomena and also brings to the surface and dissolves deep-seated misperceptions.

It helps you to see who you really are behind who you think you were. It therefore serves as a very important step in deepening the effects of the MindFrame Technique.
